The fourth PET Dealers Choice Awards promise more excitement this year at GIE+EXPO 2009, where dealers will vote on the show’s top new products submitted to Power Equipment Trade. This year’s awards will also feature on-line voting that will open in mid September and giveaways for both on-line and on-site Dealers Choice Awards voters. The PET Dealers Choice Awards honor top new products at GIE+EXPO—as voted on by dealers—in five categories: wheeled equipment, hand-held products, power sports/recreational products, accessories/attachments and business management services.

This year’s GIE+EXPO at Louisville’s Kentucky Exposition Center is October 29-31. Voting is during the first two days of indoor exhibits, Thursday and Friday, October 29-30. Winners will be announced on Saturday, October 31 at 11 am, center stage at the GIE+EXPO New Products Arena, soon after the Trucks of the Industry Giveaway announcement.

PET will select up to five finalists in each category that will receive special “Dealers Choice Awards Finalist” signs to display at their booths during the show. Dealers Choice Award winners receive a plaque, and all finalists and winners receive extensive coverage in PET’s post-show issue and on PET’s web site.

On-site dealers who vote and turn in a completed ballot are eligible to win $100 cash in a drawing. On-line voters are eligible to enter a drawing for a free battery charger from PulseTech Xtreme Chargers.
