Who is Dan Shell?

Dan Shell is Power Equipment Trade’s managing editor, working with parent company Hatton-Brown Publishers since 1988. He’s also western editor and managing editor of two of Hatton-Brown’s long-running timber industry publications. An east central Alabama native of Auburn, Dan Shell is a longtime Auburn fan (masochist?), avid hunter and outdoorsman whenever possible and mostly a full-time hassled dad (one teen, two pre-teens), who sometimes comes to work in order to relax.
